Job Description
- The Change Management Advisor will leverage Prosci developed methodologies and tools to support organizational change adoption and customer readiness by focusing on the people side of change, and develop and execute change enablement plans while working to embed change management best practices across the organization.
- This role collaborates with project sponsors, project management, training, and communications teams to identify, develop, and execute change Management plans and monitor their effectiveness, and will also coordinate with fellow Change Management Advisors to stand up and deploy a community of Change Champions to reduce effort and drive faster adoption of the processes and tools that support Client’s ability to increase benefit realization, value creation, return on investment, and the achievement of results and outcomes
